Our Team

Forte Pharma’s Management team has a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Lesley Strong, Managing Director, Forte Pharma. Started her career working for APS Berk in 1987, receiving several promotions and moving on to become a National Sales Manager for Trinity Pharmaceuticals before setting up Forte Pharma in 2001.

Ashley Strong, Director, Forte Pharma. Started in the industry in 2001 as a sales representative at Eli Lilly & Co, before joining Forte Pharma in 2003. Since then Ashley has completed her ACIM and an HND in business and joined the board of Directors in 2010

Angela Reynolds, Associate Director of Forte Direct. Started with Forte Pharma during its inception in 2001, she has a wealth of knowledge of the generic market having worked at Kent Pharmaceuticals, prior to joining Forte. Angela became an Associate Director in 2011.
